I’m an AI software engineer at Oraclous. We’re building a platform where people and AI agents work on the same team, and it hasn’t launched yet. My part is Apps, which lets a business owner turn an agent workflow into a simple tool for their staff. I also spend a lot of time making sure long agent runs don’t fall over while they wait for a person to approve something.

How microservices cause organisational problems as well as technical ones. A service boundary is also a team boundary, and most of the failures I’ve seen came from forgetting that.
